Founded in December 2017, the company is rooted in the manufacturing base of Nanhai, Foshan — a core cluster of metal manufacturing industry nationwide. R&D and design stage: Building a solid foundation for quality through patents and technological improvements

Most of the company's equipment incorporates original technologies, and some products are patented. For example, the fully automatic integrated machine it produces integrates forming and related core functions, and this integrated design reduces errors that may occur in the collaboration of multiple devices from the source. For core products like threading machines, it also introduces and improves technologies from well-known Japanese brands. For instance, the 90-degree feeding design is adopted to ensure precise feeding, avoiding the impact of feeding deviations on processing quality, thus laying a design foundation for quality control in subsequent production links.

Components and raw materials: Selecting high-quality materials to control source quality

For example, the nail bridge of its AS-003 threading machine is made of 40Cr through high-frequency quenching and straightening, the slider is made of tin-bronze alloy copper, the side plates are made of high-wear-resistant spring steel, the bearings are of the well-known Japanese brand IKO, and the lubrication system uses Taiwan imported accessories. In addition, the large gears of some equipment are made of ductile iron and undergo heat treatment, the guide rails are heat-treated alloy cast iron parts, and the wire feeding wheels and straightening wheels are made of high-quality alloy steel with a hardness of HRC58-62 after vacuum heat treatment. By selecting high-quality materials, the quality failures of the equipment caused by component wear are reduced from the source.
